Bible Study tonight! Yeah!!!!! Thursday nights are always my high light of the week. There's a reason God created us to need each other, and I am so glad he did. Our small group has been studying through the book of Philippians via Francis Chan, Cornerstone Simi Valley Podcasts. We have finished the study and are in the process of starting something new. What that is, I'm not sure. Tonight Shane and I are hosting bible study. If you were in my house right now, you would probably laugh. The toys have overflowed from the toy room and have spilt over into the rest of the house. I'll get it picked up, no worries. The food is not prepared, the dirty dishes are sitting next to the sink and all I really want to do is sit and read a book a just started called Raising Godly Tomatoes. Prior to going to Mexico for a missions trip, I would have been panicking to get everything perfect, but one thing God taught me there was to "Chill Out." Things some how always manage to get done.
Malachi, my little prophet, has been throwing lots of fits today. I'm not sure why. Maybe lack of sleep. It's always a mystery with him. Malachi's Obedience Training for the day: coming when I call him. My Obedience Training for the day: getting a hold of my anger. Deep breath in, Deep breath out!
Adelyn, aka Sissy the Princess, has been playing quite nicely today. Many days she is stuck to my side like a leach and I can't get anything done. Malachi and Adelyn have started fighting over me. I love being wanted, but I don't like being fought over. Any cures for bickering siblings? Send them my way.
